Kobe namako have horns and are fleshy, and their quality stands out amongst Kansai namako.Our daily catch totals about 400 kilograms.
We sell green namako to domestic dryers and sell red namako to Tsukiji in Tokyo and Kobe Central Wholesale Market.We have also received very favorable reviews from buyers from restaurants and Japanese ryokans.
